When to schedule shipping?

Once you know your store opening date, please contact Tania Lopez (Tel: (562) 435-6426, email:info@rtlwoodwork.com) to schedule a date of shipment. No order will ship unless you schedule a date for shipment and balance is paid before your order leaves our facility. You must take into consideration our lead-time (see How to Order) and the transit time (see above) for your State. We suggest that you have,your furniture delivered upon the installation of your flooring; therefore, allowing a sufficient amount of time to receive your order before your Grand Opening Date.

What happens when my order ships?

We will send you an email confirming that your furniture is in transit, in addition to all the tracking information. Once you receive this email you will be able to track your order via telephone or the web from the information given. In the event, you need assistance in tracking you order please contact customer service.

Will someone contact me concerning delivering my order?

A representative from the shipping company will contact you 24-48 hours prior to delivering your furniture; therefore, you must be ready to receive your order. If you are not ready to receive your order, the delivery company will charge you an additional fee to hold your order until you are ready. If you have not heard from them in a timely matter please contact us.
Please note that there may be only one driver at the time of delivery and he/she may not assist you in the unloading of your furniture. For that reason, please have two to three individuals there to assist in the unloading of your furniture from the truck.

What if there is damage to one of my items?

If your furniture arrives damaged in transit:
1. Take a picture of the damage and forward via email to Tania Lopez at info@rtlwoodwork.com
2. Note on the Bill of Lading what has been damaged and forward a copy via fax or email.
